Problem :

The platform lacked a unified system for managing tuition and learning activities across students, teachers, and administrators. Existing tools were scattered, difficult to use, and inconsistent across mobile and desktop.

The challenge was to support three distinct user journeys while maintaining a cohesive and intuitive experience that handled check-ins, assignments, attendance, and communication seamlessly.

Solution :

I designed three role-based interfaces—Student App, Teacher App, and Admin Dashboard. Each experience was mapped through optimized UX flows: students could view lessons and submit work, teachers could manage schedules and assignments, and admins monitored platform-wide activity from a central system.

The UI design followed clean, accessible layouts to reduce friction and ensure a smooth learning curve across all roles.

Challenge :

Managing role-based complexity was the primary challenge. Ensuring clarity, permissions, and data flow for three different user types required detailed wireframes and structured user journeys.

Another challenge was building a responsive, modular dashboard that adapted well across screen sizes. Coordinating with developers to translate these flows into scalable components required continuous iteration and collaboration.

Summary :

This EdTech Learning Platform demonstrates the process of designing a scalable solution for multi-role educational systems. Through structured UX flows and clean visual patterns, the platform improved organization and efficiency for students, teachers, and administrators.

The project showcases my ability to build cross-device experiences, handle complex role-based logic, and deliver functional yet simple UI for real-world use cases.
